Frances was born on Christmas Day, December 25, 1939 in Carson, North Dakota. She was the youngest child born to John and Petronellie (Hartman) Vetter.
She grew up and went to school in Brisbane and Carson, ND, as well as Yakima, WA with her three sisters and a brother.
One June 15, 1957, Frances entered into marriage with Kenneth Hayter in Carson, ND. From this union, three children were born: Irene, Arnold and Jack. They later divorced in 1972. Frances adored her children.
She worked at the Rosebud County Nursing Home for over twenty years, and was recognized as a valued employee. Every day Frances shared her big smile and gentle manner with all of the patients, as well as fellow employees. She always had a special love for every patient she helped take care of.
In June, 1977 Frances was blessed with her first grandchild, Starla, and another granddaughter, Laci followed in November, 1979.Finally a grandson, Apostle Paul in 1984.
She had an extra special place in her heart for them and always talked about them to everyone. She enjoyed her five great-grandchildren as much also. They all called her Grandma Frances.
Frances’ father, John, always said she was Gods special angel and that is what she always has been to everyone who has loved her.
We will all miss our sister, our mother, our grand-mother, great grandmother and friend. But we know she is safe in the loving hands of the Lord and that we have all been so blessed to have been a part of her life here.

So sorry for your loss of Frances. She was a dear soul; I loved visiting with her when I worked at the Speedway Diner and she would come in for lunch at times. Praying that you find peace and comfort. God Bless.

Oh Irene, I am so sorry about the loss of your mom. Frances was a wonderful woman. I always enjoyed visiting with her and I missed her so much when she moved away. I missed you too. I know she is in a better place and I also know we will see her again in glory. May God’s comfort give you peace in this time of grieving. I hope you are keeping your memories close and remembering all of the wonderful times you had with her. I am also praying for you and your family in this time of sorrow. Your mom will be missed by many people. She was loved by many.
