Francine (Fran) Burgress, Indian name Moxẻšeha’e “Mint Leaf Woman” was born on March 30, 1965 to Linda Freeman and Francis Burgress.
Francine attended boarding school in Busby and growing up she was very close to her Grandma Bertha. She learned a lot from her and loved her dearly.
Family and friends were very important to Francine, no matter what she would do all she could to help. Francine enjoyed get togethers, good food, visiting and having fun, and she made friends easily. In 2016, along with her son Taylor – Ray, she attended Mountain Ministries in Oregon. She believed in god and prayed for her loved ones.
Francine was the eldest of six siblings, she was the known as the boss of her siblings. She was a kind, caring, and generous loving lady. She loved her 3 sons very much. Larry Dean (Clevia) Eastman Sr, Thomas (Precious) Realbird, and her baby Taylor Ray Donte Burgress, whom she loved and was very proud of. Also, her four grandchildren: Angel Eastman, Trustin Eastman, Julius Realbird, and LaChance Realbird.
Her oldest son Larry passed away in a car accident on April 2, 2016. She also loved her nieces and nephews. She would help anyone that needed help or just to have someone to talk to. She loved to share all of her war stories with everyone and all her experiences in life.
Her mother Linda Freeman, whom she loved always wanted the best out of life for her.
Francine was a homemaker. She would make her own wall hangings and picture frames and numerous knick-knacks.
She is survived by her grandmother Bertha Freeman, her mother, Linda Freeman, five siblings, Dale Roundstone Sr., Melanie Poitra, Dexter (Marley) Poitra, Desiree and PrincessTwo Crow, her Aunts Mercades, Diana, Prisciolla, Christine, Georgian, Letha, Eloise, and Justine. Her uncles, Bernard Litttlehead, Daryl Scalpcane, and Isadone Whitewolf and her very best sister Malinda.
Surviving families include: Burgess, Gardeners, Freemans, Eastmans, Bixbys, Littleheads, Medicine Elks, White Wolfs, and Bearquivers.
