Gaylon Lance Lamewoman, age 35, of Lame Deer, passed away March 27th 2016, in his home in Lame Deer.
Born August 5th 1980, to Tim “Night Bear” Lamewoman Sr. and E. Gail Tallwhiteman in Crow Agency.
Gaylon was a very outgoing man; he enjoyed conversations with just about any person that he came into contact with. He was a humble and respectful guy who was always willing to lend a hand to those in need whether it be a good words of encouragement, a handshake and more importantly a place to stay.
Gaylon was an avid reader with a wide range of subjects. He started to have an interest in Law and read as much as he could, Gaylon enjoyed listening to Motown Music, drawing and visiting with family and friends.
Gaylon was given the Cheyenne name “Littlewolf” by his grandfather the late Frank Redcherries.
He was proud to be a descendant of Chief Littlewolf, Wild Hog, Bobtailhorse, and Americanhorse, he enjoyed helping his father out on many different Cheyenne Historical activities and Ceremonies, he was a member of the Elkhorn Scraper Society.
Gaylon suffering from medical issues that had happened while at a young age, but that never stopped him from his outgoing personality and active lifestyle.
Gaylon was blessed with 4 Children in his life, in which he was proud of, His first child he adopted Isaac Ray Birdchief , he went on to meet Ernestine Littlemouth, to this union America Morning Glory Lamewoman was born, and another daughter Tanaya Lamewoman, who passed away as an infant, Gaylon then went on to meet Brandy Killsnight and was blessed with his youngest child Braylon Jacob Lamewoman.
Gaylon is preceded in death by his mother E. Gail, and his maternal and paternal Grandparents. His aunts Edwina, Corrine, Hilda, Uncle Roy, infant daughter Tanaya Lamewoman
He is survived by his father Tim Lamewoman Sr, Brother Tim Lamewoman Jr. and sisters: Eva Lamewoman, Dmistra Bearing, Destiny Tallwhiteman, Tiffany Lamewoman and adopted sister Erin Montoya. Special friend Brandy J Killsnight. Great Grandparents Rock and Carol Redcherries, Grandmother Susie Wilsie and Grandfather Leonard Americanhorse. Aunts: Antoinette Redwoman, Doncella Bearcomesout, Rachel Roundstone, Nelly Whiteshield, Maggie Runsabove, Georgiann Runsabove, Donna and Karen Roundstone, Rhoda Bullcoming, Aladene Spotted Elk. Uncles: Lee Carson, Russell Tallwhiteman Jr., Clifford Limpy Sr., Kenneth Spotted Elk.
