Gerard Christian Jerry Lund, age 48, of Miles City passed away on Wednesday, August 18, 2004 as a result of a plane accident. Jerry was born in Miles City,

Montana on June 28, 1956, the son of Christian Jr. and Betty Colleen (Fadhl) Lund. He was raised in Miles City where he attended schools and graduated from Custer County District High School in 1974. Following his schooling, he returned to the Lund Ranch on Deadmans Road where he has farmed his entire life. Jerry married Ann Haughian on November 28, 1981. They later divorced in 2001. Jerry loved to fly his plane. He also loved to see a good rain, check his cows, and enjoyed haying.

Jerry is survived by his parents, Christian and Betty Lund of Miles City, MT; his daughter, Breanna Lund of Miles City, MT; his fianc Jo Beaty of Coronado, CA; two sisters: Lori Trimmer and her husband David of Spokane, WA; and his twin sister, Janice Young and her husband Randy of Belgrade, MT; his ex-wife, Ann Haughian of Miles City, MT; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents and his uncle, Ray Lundby.
