Dear Family and Friends of Gladys L. Smith – Please continue to treasure the many beautiful memories and the talents of Mrs. Smith. Also it is hoped that you are comforted by these Bible promises. It was not God’s original purpose that mankind suffer and die. At creation, God was able to say that everything was “very good” (Genesis 1:31) Death was introduced through Adam’s disobedience. (Genesis 2:17). We inherit imperfection, sin and death from our ancestor, Adam. The Messiah was promised to give hope and restore the opportunity for everlasting life in Paradise as was originally promised in the Garden of Eden. We are also promised that the pain that we now experience with this loss “will not be called to mind.” (Isaiah 65:17) Hopefully these Bible promises will ease the pain from this loss as you look forward to seeing your loved one again under perfect conditions.
