March 22, 1943 – February 26, 2019

Jack Henry Duffer, age 75 of Forsyth passed away on February 26,2019.
Jack was born March 22, 1943 in Lancaster, Texas.
He proudly served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his wife, Flora, two brothers James in Arkansas and John in Idaho, his children Jack Jr and Shannon, his stepson Clint Folmsbee and several grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Joe.
At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing or funeral. Anyone wishing to send flowers or memorials is asked to send a donation to the ASPCA.

    We’re so sorry to learn of Jack’s death. You two were always so wonderful to my dad in his late years and such good library patrons. I always appreciated your friendship and visiting with you.

    I’m so very sorry to read of Jack passing, all of his loved ones are in Scott and my prayers. Always enjoyed visiting with Flo and Jack at Lucky Lil’s were we first met you 2, and then at a couple of places I worked and Speedway when we would run into you both.     Flo, I am very sorry to hear of Jacks passing. He was like a father to me and he was a wonderful Grandfather to Davin. I was proud to be a part of your family.     Flo, I have been at a loss for words regarding the passing of Jack. It totally breaks my heart. I will miss him beyond words can Express!
