Jack Henry Duffer, age 75 of Forsyth passed away on February 26,2019.
Jack was born March 22, 1943 in Lancaster, Texas.
He proudly served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his wife, Flora, two brothers James in Arkansas and John in Idaho, his children Jack Jr and Shannon, his stepson Clint Folmsbee and several grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Joe.
At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing or funeral. Anyone wishing to send flowers or memorials is asked to send a donation to the ASPCA.
