Interment: Custer County Cemetery in Miles City.
Jaye Izzo, age 49, of Miles City passed away after a courageous battle with liver disease, surrounded by his loving family on December 29, 2008 at Holy Rosary Healthcare.
Jaye was born in Providence, Rhode Island on March 28, 1959 to Robert and Joanne (Mason) Izzo. Jaye spent his early years in Rhode Island, he later moved to Riverside, California where he met and married Michelle Miles. To this union was born their daughter JoAnna. They later divorced, but remained close friends. Jaye moved to Montana in 1982, he decided that he liked Montana and he made it his home. Jaye married Denise Becker, his best friend and soulmate of 14 years, on December 1, 2007, in Miles City, Montana. Jaye loved fishing and hanging out in the outdoors, he and Denise spent many happy times at Spotted Eagle. Jayes working career was spent working as a prep cook, custodian at Lincoln School, for Peavey Grain Company, as a maintenance man and on a printing job in Billings.
Jaye is survived by his wife, Denise Izzo of Miles City, his parents, Robert (Hudson, New York) and Joanne (Brooksville, Florida)his daughter, JoAnna Palmer(John) and her brother Dusty Rhoads (Lana) of Miles City, and sister, Rachelle Collins of Miles City, step-sons, Cameron Brockel, (Miles City, )Damien Brockel (Sarah) (Billings), Jeremy Brockel (Laurel), and Justin Brockel (Billings), brothers, Joey Izzo (Stuyvesant, NY), Rick Izzo (Philmont, NY), Ron Izzo (Grande Terrace, CA) and Tony Izzo (Brooksville, FL). Grandchildren, Braedyn Palmer, and twins coming in April, which will be named after Jaye, also, Colton Crow, Ashton Crow, Adyson Crow, Colter Brockel, Alex Brockel, Mikaela Brockel, Shiloh Raymond , and Terren Rhoads.
