Jeanette Joyce Coldwell, age 36, of Jordan, MT passed away at her home on the family ranch north of Jordan, MT on November 20, 2005.
Jeanette was born onFebruary 8, 1969 to Wallice and Illa Gibson in Sidney, MT. She went to school in Sidney until the eighth grade. The family moved to Jordan in the summer of 1984 where Jeanette went on to graduate from Garfield County High School in 1988. While in high school, she met Jason Coldwell and the two would eventually be married on October 23, 1992 at the Kinsey Church. The couple was blessed with two children; Brandt in 1988 and Bryce in 1990.
Jeanette enjoyed horseback riding and working with all animals. In later years she became fond of spending time with her family boating and enjoying life at Fort Peck. She was a great artist and very creative person. She recently discovered her true talent for writing brilliant poetry. Jeanette was an amazing person with a loving and generous heart who loved spending quality time with her family and friends.
Jeanette is survived by her husband Jason, sons; Brandt and Bryce, adopted daughter Kayla Jone's, her mother Illa (Charles) Hardy, sisters Stacey Thornton and Ann Gibson Thiel, brother Cody (Misty) Gibson, her in-laws; Jerry (Del) Coldwell, brother-in-law Morgan (Jan), John (Terri) and sisters-in-law; Jerri (Les) Thomas, Jo (Jay) Smith, grandmother Joyce Hernandez; step father, Bill Bibeau and family. She is also survived by her nephews Braxton Greenlow, Chance Thornton, Kerry Gibson, Nolan Coldwell, Corbon Thomas, RJ Shank and Randy Michael, her nieces Bryton Thornton, Karly Gibson, Heather Stayton, April Shank, Brittany, Ashley Cali and Gaby Smith.
She was preceded in death by her father, a nephewClell Gibson; Grandfather Phillip Hernandez; grandparents Bob & Ester Coldwell; an uncle Cole Coldwell and a step brother, Mike Bibeau.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 25, 2005 at 2:00pm at the VFW in Jordan, MT. Interment will be held at a later date.
