holy crap, Jeff been looking for you for years…then the web comes along and I find you like this. Aw man. This hurts. You were an inspiration back in the 80’s playing with Greg Welu and your girlfriend, playing “Factory Girl” and other great origiinal. I think you’d be proud of me. Sure miss you Jeff, was hopng to hear you play — and maybe get together and jam some. That will have to wait. Miss you man. —-the kaz man

I to was searching for you Jeff. Hoping to catch up on where you are at and what you were up to.
I loved jamming with you in the basement back in the seventies. I think of you every time I play my Dobro. My dear friend, and great drummer, Craig Hermansen passed away a couple of months ago. Maybe you guys can hook up and keep it going. I’ll be along eventually.
You were a beautiful person here on Earth, so I know you made it to heaven.
    Take care and God Bless.
    Bryan

I can’t believe it has been so long since we said adios. Your brothers words, at the memorial still ring true in my heart and thoughts. I miss you. I’m still mad at the way you left but have added Taj Majal and Leon Redbone to my repertoire. I think of you often with an odd combination of love and anger. RIP
