Jerry Adams Smith, age 41, of Portland OR passed away on July 29, 2003. Jerry was born to Gladys Crazy Bull Smith and Jerome Adams in Poplar, MT on July 29, 1962.
Jerry is survived by his four children, Briana, Andrew, Cody and Keana, all of Portland, OR. He is also survived by 3 brothers, Earlwin Savior, Jr., Alvin Savior, and Caleb Smith all of Poplar, and 3 sisters Maxine Gruella of Portland, OR, Verbena Savior and Mavis Hernandez, both of Poplar. Also surviving are aunts and cousins in Ft. Totten, ND. And a special friend, Annie Lester, of Poplar also survives him.
A prayer service and wake will begin at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, August 5 at Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel in Poplar. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, August 6 at Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel in Poplar with interment in the Poplar City Cemetery.
