John Edward Mance, age 57 of Forsyth passed away on January 13, 2008 at his home.

John was born May 9, 1951 the son of Earl and Lilly (Wallace) Mance in Florence, Alabama. John grew up and attended school in Florence, Alabama. Following his education he entered the United States Marine Corps. He was united in marriage to Rebecca Sue Shrout on September 27, 1973 in Florence, Alabama.John enjoyed hunting, fishing working on his cars, gardening and playing with his grandkids.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.

John is survived by his wife, of 35 years, Becky of

Forsyth, MT; his children John (Denise) Mance of Alabama, Jack (Valerie) Mance of Arizona, Shane (AJ) Mance of Montana, Shawna (Justin) Wheadon of Wyoming, Jason Mance of Wyoming and Michael Mance of Wyoming; his brother Butch Carl Mance of Alabama. He is also survived by his five grandchildren, Austin and Cody Wheadon, Kaycee Mance, Justin and Ashley Mance
