John Pfaff, age 84, of Miles City passed away on December 22, 2004 at his home.
John was born on June 10, 1920 to Magdelina and John Pfaff in Miles City. He attended rural schools in the Crow Rock Area. John had a ranch in the Richey area and returned to the home ranch after hisfathers death. John and Mary Hill were married on November 1, 1953. They raised four children at the family ranch, Mark, Beverly, Lenore and Sharon.John belonged to the Montana Stockgrowers and later R. Calf. He was on the board of The Montana Association of State Grazing District, serving the last two years as president. John was also a member of the Terry Masonic Lodge.
John is survived by his wife Mary, 4 children; Mark Pfaff of the family ranch , Beverly (Steve) Simon of Billings, MT and their daughter Nikki , Lenore (Mike) Bricco of Miles City, MT, and Sharon Pfaff of the family ranch, a granddaughter Nikki Simon, one sister Adeline Kiss of Billings, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brotherQuinsen of CA and Melinda Kelly, of Helena, MT.
