In Loving Memory of John Charles Redneck Jr. Voestaso “beloved child”
July 23, 1955 – September 3, 2020
Our brother John made his journey to the relatives. Mahoe saw he was getting tired and took him home. John passed away in West Covina, California at Emanate Intercommunity Hospital.
John was born in Crow Agency to Theresa Little Bird and John Redneck Sr. He was adopted at a young age. AKA Scott Bova. John went to school and made his home in California. John came home to live and stayed at the Heritage in Ashland, he met and visited with family and relatives. He made friends while he was here. John was a caring, humorous and organized person. He enjoyed going for drives on our homeland. John did not stay long for he was a city boy.
John is survived by his sisters: Limana, Rita and Johanna Redneck of Lame Deer, Ladonna (Stanley) Eagle of Ashland, Vina (Charles) Dircks of Stanley, WI, Delberta Eagleman of Wolf Point, Elsie Weaselbear, Josephine Firecrow of Lame Deer. Brothers: Gilbert Dale Walkslast Jr., Bilford Curley of LameDeer, Nathaniel (Chris) Little Bird of Arizona, Myron (Cheryl) LittleBird of Wyoming, Joe (Lucinda), James and Richard Fox, Don and Jerry Rowland of Ashland, Rick Wolfname of Busby, 46 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren and more included extended family. He was preceded in death by his father John Redneck Sr, his dads siblings, Grace Strangowl, Florence Pine, Dora BellyMule, Brownie Curley, Nora Standing Elk, Homer and Clyde Redneck, mother Theresa Little Bird her siblings; Julia LittleBirdGray, Theresa and Esther Two Bulls, Regina Foote, Winona Fox, Eva Whitecrane, Mary Jane Seminole, Mary Underwood and Agnes Medicine Top; Sisters: Christine Roe, Rosie Gray, Audrey Curley, Margaret Russell, Ilo Wandering Medicine; brothers: Leroy and Larry Gray, Daniel Old Bull, Logan and Tex Curley, George and Edward Fox.
All relatives of Theresa Little Bird Walkslast of Ashland and John Redneck Sr. of Birney, have very large extended family he loved you all.
