In Loving Memory
Joyce Esser August 28th 1936 – February 26th 2022
Joyce was born in Broadus, MT to Clayton and Betty Mann, then moved to Miles City where she started first grade at Garfield School and completed all 12 school years in Miles City. She married her first husband Bill Reinhardt in 1954. They moved to Glendive, MT and had two sons; her late son Mike and Mitch Reinhardt who lives in Miles City. Joyce enjoyed her work at MDU for 13 years.
Joyce met Dave Esser in 1978, they were Married in 1979 in Miles City and moved to Broadus for a few years, then to Tucson in 1985. In 1988 Joyce and Dave moved to Frankfort S.D. then became snowbirds in Green Valley AZ at the RV Resort Park for the next 30 plus years.
Joyce loved her frequent visits with her sister Gerry, whenever they were together they had the time of their life!
Joyce had made many many wonderful friends in Green Valley at the RV park while snow-birding. She LOVED her morning walks with the group of ladies, CLEOS (Classy Ladies), Senior Stretch, BINGO and going to the Casino was a real treat for Joyce! She was a BEAUTIFUL artist, wrote poetry, loved playing her keyboard, going to movies and always dressed to the hilt with her fancy earrings and chunky necklaces. She was full of wit.
After Dave’s Passing, Joyce moved backed to Miles City in 2020 spending the next two years with her Son Mitch. The two spent many weekly mornings having breakfast at the 600, but her favorite was cooking Mitch breakfast on Sunday mornings along with her long walks, which were many.
Above all Joyce’s pride and love were for her two Sons, Mike (late) and Mitch, they were her world.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, her son Mike, brother Max Mann and husband Dave Esser in 2019.
She is survived by her son Mitch; sister Gerry; Step Children Mike (June), Linda (Darryl Moore), Brenda (Steve Koski) and Theresa. Many nieces & nephews and numerous Grandchildren!
Thank you to all who loved Joyce, for all your Kind, Caring-ness over the years. She LOVED you all!
WE ALL Love and will Miss you every Day Joyce, in Our Hearts forever.
God Bless You, Praying for a peaceful Journey Home.
