Julietta Davis passed away at Rosebud Health Care Center on July 6, 2019. She was born in Union Mills, Indiana on June 14, 1941 to Edward and Molly Tarnow. She attended schools, was raised and graduated high school in Union Mills in 1959. After high school, she joined the Air Force where she was an Administration Specialist. While in the Air Force, she met the love of her life, Wesley Davis. They were wed April 28, 1962. To this union, their sons Edward Davis and Tom Davis born August 25, 1967 and 1969, respectively in Illinois.
Together, Julie and Wesley traveled the United States working and eventually settled in Forsyth in 1973. Julietta kept busy making a home and raising her sons. When not with her family, she worked various jobs including working at Rosebud Health Care Center until her retirement.
Julietta was a skilled seamstress and enjoyed knitting. She loved spending time with her family, playing the clarinet, being an active member of the Concordia Lutheran Church and attending Wednesday afternoon bible study.
Julie is preceded in death by her parents, brother Richard, and son Edward. She is survived by her husband Wesley, son Tom, and grandchildren Wesley and Addyson, Tia (Zach) Seleg and their children Ryleigh, Brooklyn, and Decklan as well her sister Marsha (George) Masterson.
Funeral will be held at the Concordia Lutheran Church in Forsyth at 2 pm on July 10, 2019 with interment to follow at the Tracy cemetery in Michigan City, Indiana.
