Kamron Smallwood

December 27, 1999 – April 29, 2012

Kamron Smallwood, age 12 of Colstrip, MT passed away Sunday, April 29, 2012.

Kamron was born December 27, 1999 in Helena, MT. At age 3 he moved with his mother, Lorraine Thul to Minnesota. When he was 8 years old he returned to Montana to live with his parents, Brian and Amy Smallwood.

Kamron attended Pine Butte Elementary School in Colstrip, MT and was a student at Frank Brattin Middle School in Colstrip, MT.

Kamron enjoyed many sports including baseball, wrestling, and track. He enjoyed school, reading, playing video games and loved to swim. He spent time in the outdoors hunting and fishing. He was proud of his first buck he shot at age 11.

Kamron is survived by his parents, Brian and Amy Smallwood of Colstrip, MT, his sisters, Haley and Taylor Smallwood of Colstrip, his mother, Lorraine Thul of Minnesota, his sisters, Kara Hochhalter of East Helena, MT and Alyssa Hochhalter of Minnesota. He is also survived by his Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Grandparents and Great-Grandparents, too numerous to list individually.

Family will receive friends Thursday, May 3, 2012 from 5:00 – 7:00pm at the LDS Church in Colstrip, MT.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, May 4, 2012 at 11:00am at the LDS Church in Colstrip, MT.

    Ron was an AMAZING kid. I’m going to miss his obsession with cookies and monsters. I’m so glad I had the honor to know him. You will be missed!

    I only knew Kamron through a video game he played online. He was an awesome guy, and will be missed by everyone that played the game. He had a celebrity presence on the game, and his death is hitting us all hard. My prayers go out to those closest to him. Kamron, you will be remembered.

    Im still having a hard time grasping the fact your gone. I really enjoyed our chats in DOA buddy and we all really miss you alot. All of Claremont has come together in your honor dude.     There are no words we could ever say to comfort you at such a time of sorrow. MY son Sutton Small went to school with Kameron and told us that”he was always so funny and made him laugh snd he will truly miss his friend.” We are so sorry, I hope there will be some comfort in knowing he is with Jesus now.

    Please accept our sincere condolences for the loss of Kamron. Wyatt really liked him and always had such nice things to say about him. He will be missed by so many and in so many ways. I cannot imagine what you are going thru now and wish there was some comfort by words or action that I could give you. Just know that my family is thinking and praying for you all. I hope that your family and friends will be a comfort to you in this time and that Kamron is at peace. He was a beautiful boy and may he be with God.

    Kamron was a very kind & smart kid. I always enjoyed seeing his face everyday at my work. Him and the girls were always fun to babysit during the summer. He had many friends and family that loved him so much. I still cant believe he is gone. My prayers go out to you and your family. He will always have a place in everyones heart that knew him.

    I knew Kamron via Dragons of Atlantis. Our Jakey always gave life to the chat room. He made us laugh with his random conversations.     I only knew ron as jake in doa claremont. We are all shattered by his passing but are comforted knowing that dragonboys fly high and free. We will all miss you jake/ron but you surely will never be forgotten. My condolences to the family and friends who must surely be suffering at this time. Please know in his short life Ron left his mark in this world. In loving memory.
