Graveside Services: will follow in the Custer County Cemetery in Miles City.
Kathleen Crosby, age 79, of Helena, was ushered into the presence of God on December 27, 2003.
Kathleen was born on July 8, 1924 in Terry, Montana to Leon and Bessie Braley. She lived around the Miles City area where she met and married Dick Crosby on April 18, 1942. Together, they lived on their ranch on the Mizpah for several years. Dick and Kathleen moved to Owatonna, Minnesota where they lived for about 15 years before moving back to Montana. After Dick died in 1993, Kathleen moved to Helena, where she lived until her passing.
Kathleen is survived by her daughter, Judy Parker of Seattle, WA; her son, Dick Crosby, Jr., of Helena, MT, her sister Bernice Haun of Helena, MT and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She will be sorely missed by those who knew her. She was a caring, serving person who always wanted to please others. Our loss is heavens gain.
A funeral service for Kathleen will be held on Thursday, January 8, 2004 at 2:00pm at the chapel of Stevenson & Sons Funeral Home in Miles City, MT. Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 7, 2004 at the chapel. Condolences may be sent to the family by visitingwww.stevensonandsons.com.
