Interment: Calvary Cemetery in Miles City.
Kathy Jo Schneider, age 58, of Miles City passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2006 at her home in Miles City.
Kathy was born in Miles City, Montana on June 2, 1947 to Leo J. Knoll and Venancia (Etchemendy) Knoll. Kathy lived in Miles City all her life and got her education here. In spite of being severely crippled with Rheumatoid Arthritis, Kathy was a hard worker, never complaining, and always doing for others. She had a natural gift for craftwork, and could take a bucket of pine cone's, scraps of wood and a few flowers and turn them into a beautiful work of art. She and her friends, Karen, Julie and Dixie would get together every year and have a craft party at Karens house. It was a fun time for the four lifetime friends.
Kathy is survived by her Dad Tom Nevland of Miles City, son Brock of Fort Collins, CO, her dog G.G., a large extended family and her partner and soul mate of 27 years Scotty McRae of Miles City.
She was preceded in death by her parents, VenanciaNevland and Leo Knoll.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 17, 2006 with family receiving friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Stevenson & Sons Funeral Home in Miles City. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at Stevenson & Sons Funeral Home in Miles City. Interment will follow in the family lot in the Calvary Cemetery in Miles City.
