We are heartbroken to announce the passing of our precious Kaylee Lynn Parsons, aged one month, who passed away peacefully in her sleep on April 11th, 2025.
Kaylee, born to Kelly and Holly Parsons, made her appearance fast and furious, on March 11th, 2025. Kaylee joined siblings, Kamden (8) and Kolten (3) and was the most perfect addition to the family.
Kamden was especially excited to have a little sister. He called her KayKay and was incredibly helpful from day one. When asked what he will remember most about his sister, he replied “when I’m singing to her and hold her”. His favorite outfit had lemons on it and said, “Squeeze Me”. He held her every chance he got, and you could often hear him whispering in her little ear, “I just love you so much.”
Kolten was also excited about baby sister and would often pat her gently on the butt when she was lying in her mother’s arms. At the age of 3, he was already protective, and wherever Kaylee went, Kolten followed so he could keep an eye on her.
Kaylee was perfection, a gift from God, and truly treasured by her parents. Even though she only spent a short amount of time with us, she was immensely loved and brought immeasurable joy to those around her. Our family is forever changed, and forever grateful to have spent this brief, but incredibly meaningful time with our girl. Although our hearts are shattered, we have faith that one day we will hold her again.
Kaylee will forever be remembered and loved by her parents Kelly and Holly, brothers Kamden and Kolten Parsons of Miles City, grandpa Chai Chapmon of Miles City, great grandma Rosella Parsons of Miles City, Uncle Tyler and Aunt Karissa Chapmon of Miles City, Uncle Shannon and Aunt DeeDee Tait of Miles City, cousins Mason, Dillon, Alexis, Triston, Alaina, Trevor (Morgan) and daughter Braya, Brianna (Seth) and son Morgan, and Brittany. Chosen family Jaret and Jen Meidinger along with children McKinley, Brooklyn, and Declan. Kaylee was additionally loved by many extended family members and friends, all of which are very important.
Kaylee was welcomed into heaven by her maternal grandma Marilyn Chapmon and her paternal grandparents Gary and Vickie Chamberlain. There is no doubt they were all anxiously awaiting their turn to hold her when she arrived.
