Kenneth Norman Kellum passed away on June 4th, 2017, after a hard fought battle with cancer. He is the son of Charles and Thelma (Thrush) Kellum
Ken was born in Miles City, MT on February 2nd, 1949. He attended Sacred Heart School in Miles City, where he learned and practiced the Catholic faith. His interests included spending time with his family, being a grandfather, and music. He spent many years playing the drums in several local bands on the weekends. He started working each day in the 7th grade for Western Vending of Miles City. It was there he found he had an interest in electronics. Ken also worked for several local businesses until April 1st, 1980, when he was hired as a parts clerk for Boutelle’s, a local GM dealership. He continued working for Cliff and Prescott Boutelle for 15 years until the business was bought by Charles and Mary Notbohm in 1995. Ken’s work responsibilities shifted and he very much enjoyed using his expertise to work on the computer networks, and found his job at Notbohm Motors to be challenging and rewarding. He retired on September 31st, 2016 after serving a total of 21 years.
Ken married Donna Allison, the joy of his life, on September 1st, 1990. From this marriage, he gained a son, Robert Allison. He had a loving relationship with his daughter Corilyn Dessino, her husband Bobby, and their children Danielle, Christopher, and Samantha; his son Terry and wife Sara, their children Jaiden and Emma; his son Kyle and wife Traci, their children Kailee and Kanzas; his daughter Terra and her children Hailey, Sophie and Grant; and two additional sons, Kenny Kellum and Curt Kellum.
Ken was a loving husband, amazing father and grandfather, and the person everyone loves calling a friend. He will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure to meet him.
Ken is preceded in death by his father Charles, his mother Thelma, a sister Norma, and a granddaughter Alexis.
