Kyle’s family, my heart breaks for you. Please know that your child was loved beyond measures. The people I have seen this week affected by his death has been extraordinary. We loved your son at Ace. Although he didn’t always wear a smile, he was kind, funny, and made our work environment complete. He will be missed.
Lori Clark says
I agree with Whitney smith. We loved this boy beyond words. His laughter was one that we all will miss at ace. I will miss teasing him with his mama about his little butt too. Forever I. My heart cool family.
Donnie Rooney says
Kyles family,I was so devastated when I heard of your sons passing When I came home from work Saturday. I totally agree with what Whitney said. Kyle and I were buds.I liked working with him. We sometimes took breaks together but one time I noticed something wasn’t right. I asked him is everything ok bud.He saud I don’t want to talk about it. I said I understand & I told him respect & appreciate what you do at Ace especially helping out on carry outs. Then I asked him do you want a hug & with a shadow of a doubt we got up from our chairs & hugged. Then I prayed for him.I made him cry & then he said thank you buddy. I said anytime my friend. We will all miss him at Ace.This is what I told him.Death leaves a heartache no one can heal. Love leaves a memory no one can steal. R I P. my good buddy.

Oh my heart is breaking.
Kyle was:
Sweet
Sensitive
Hard working
Talented
A good friend
We used to take breaks together often at Ace. He was always cheerfully willing to help me when I needed it.
I knew him to be melancholy sometimes.
Fly high, “Skippy”. Know that you will be missed. Your pain and struggles are done.
Rest peacefully in the arms of Jesus.
Landon Scranton says
Kyle’s family, my thoughts and prayers go out to each and everyone of you! My heart feels so heavy and my mind can’t believe it!
I worked with at ace with Kyle when we first met. He asked me for financial advice and I told him buddy as much as I would love to help you I am struggling myself but let’s take a look. We did and it helped him save some money.
I remember going to taco johns drive thru and seeing him always brought a smile to my face and tears of laughter when we had time to talk.
When Kyle rejoined the crew at ace ,Kyle had definitely grown up to a very fine young man, he always helped me when he saw me, he not only got what I needed but saved me money. I had a really good time getting to know Kyle and he will forever be missed !!
Deb Jerrel says
Stephanie and family, sending big hugs your way during this sad time. Frankie and myself were just talking about him this morning and what a great worker he was at the shortstop. He was such a kind good-hearted young man that always had a smile on his face. Sometimes he would ask me my advice about “mom” and I would tell him ” you’re just going to have to roll with us crazy old women!”πππ’ RIP Kyle….

I’m at such a loss for the right words. Kyle called me his work mom his first time working at Ace, and after he left, he would come in and say “hey mom,” as he passed by if he didn’t have the time to catch up. I miss your smile and your quick quips kiddo. I loved your sensitive soul! You are forever in my heart! Your kindness always shined through.
Serena and Jeff Lewis says
I’m so glad I had the opportunity to meet him. He was always willing to help us. His smile could light up a room. Prayers of comfort to those lives and hearts this young man had touched, which was more than he knew. The memories of our talks and shared laughter of sex education at the dinner table will remain with me.
Marc and Vicki Leesburg says
Stephanie and Kip, this is devastating beyond words. What a kind and genuine man. Always polite and smiling.
Would always greet me at Ace and never forgot my name. This saddens me to my soul. My heartfelt sympathy to you and your family. A terrible loss for everyone.
