Ladd Allan Lewis, 53 of Worland and formerly of Graham, WA died of cancer on October 29, 2008 at Washakie Medical Center in Worland.
He was born on May 3, 1955 in Billings, MT a son of Virgil Eugene and Margie Jane (Whitney) Kaiser. Following the death of his father, he was adopted by Clay A. Lewis after Clay married Margie. The family lived a Prineville, OR for a couple of years, and then moved to Klamath Falls, OR. The family moved to Alberton, MT when Ladd was in the first grade and he graduated form Alberton High School.
He worked at various jobs before settling in the Tacoma, WA area in 1984. He worked there as a construction laborer doing drywall, framing and general construction. Ladd was finally employed as a lumber grader in a door and window framing mill.
Ladd was an accomplished classical piano player. At the age of ten he was invited to play for National Music Teachers convention in Bellevue, WA. He had also had won 1st and 2nd place in Missoula, MT during a piano teachers recital contest. He was a rock collector, liked to tool leather and loved to cook. He moved to Worland in August of 2008 to be near his mother.
He was preceded in death by his fathers, and by his wife.

is survived by his mother Margie (Roy) Johnson of Worland, by his sons Brandon
and Bobby Lewis, and by a daughter Katelyn Lewis all of Washington state.
