Thoughts to all of Larry’s family and friends. I have many fond memories of working with Larry and always enjoyed the grief that he gave me as a friend as well as a nurse! He always called me “Doc Jess”! He was very good at giving people he liked a hard time, but it was mostly understood that he did it in a fun manner! He will be missed by many family and friends. Rest easy Larry!

I met the Eckart family in 1968 at Froid, Montana. They were hauling gravel for the highway to be east of town which is still there. It was also there that Hufford’s from Baker were working. A friend of mine Dave Plummer was driving for them. When Larry got out of the Army Oliver sent me on the train to Clarksville Tennessee to bring Larry’s new SS Nova back to Miles City. I still think think of the song because of this ( Last Train To Clarksville)! Working for Eckart’s was fun because they all had a great sense of humor. Larry, Gary, Oliver and I went hunting deer together up by Terry, Mt. Memories are many. May GOD bless Larry and take good care of him in HEAVEN. Lenny & Janice LaCounte
