Lauretta Morin, Nahkohma’heona’e, 52, gained her wings on Friday, June 7th, 2019 at 10:43 PM in Lame Deer surrounded by her family and friends. She was born in Davenport, Iowa on April 17th, 1967, a daughter of Arturo Morin and Grace Bearquiver.
Lori was a full-time homemaker and took great pride in her home, especially around Halloween and Christmas when her house was the town’s showstopper. She greatly enjoyed making crafts, finding the best deal while scouting out yard sales in Billings, and back country road cruising with family while listening to top music hits from the 80s. Most of all, she loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren, all whom were the center of her world. Her door was always open, and she gave her last dollar to make sure that anyone who came into her home never left hungry.
She is preceded in death by her mother Grace; brothers Roy and Dimz; adopted father, Bill Wagstaff; Grandmother, Irene; Uncle, Ramon. Survived by her father, Arturo; daughters Courtney (Tyrone), Sharon (Dustin); son, Donavan Jr.; daughter, Kayla (Collins); son, Terence (Sarah); grandchildren, O.J., Lucas, Kenyan, Jaleel, Spencer, Amelio, Kourtney, Terence Tuffy, Kaliyah, Presley, Chance, Karaya, and Wind; brothers Adrian and Wally; sisters Melissa and MaryAnn (Ken); adopted mothers, Delma Wagstaff and Marjorie Eagleman; nephews, Roy, David, Donavin, Lyn II, and Teddy; nieces, Arianna, Rayetta, Bernadette, Lynette, and Gracie; her heaven sent angel Hannah Garst; special friends Rhonda Americanhorse, Cheryl Limpy, Maxine and Maureen Limberhand, Henry (OT) and Tempe Onebear; adopted children, Nolan, Keith, Tony, Selena, Veronica, Ryan, Sanner, Smiley, Justin, and Anfernee.
We would especially like to thank St. Vincent ICU, and her special nurse Kristin.

Condolences to the Limberhand family. Lori was always accepting and welcoming to everyone. When we arrived on The Northern Cheyenne Reservation, she welcomed us in just as if we were family.
