Laverne (Vernie) Benner Johnson, age 80, of Miles City beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and trusted friend, passed away on Friday, June 13, 2008 at the Holy Rosary Extended Care in Miles City.
Laverne was born on October 30, 1927 to John and Katherine Fink Benner at Finch, Montana. She was the youngest of 11 children. She loved gardening, her damnable turkeys, and baking. Her caramel rolls were legendary. The greatest joy in her life was her familykids, grandkids and great grandkids. She will be sorely missed by all of us.
