Leona "Lee" Margaret Harn, age 72, of Miles City passed away on Saturday, August 7, 2004 at her home in Miles City.
Lee was born on September 12, 1931 to Michael and Mary Josiphin (Sayers) Patneaude in Poplar, MT. Lee was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, sister, auntie, gramma and friend. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Lee worked as a counselor for the IDEA office for 29 years. In those years she helped 500 individuals and families complete their college education specifically she assisted 100 nurses complete their nursing education at Miles Community College. In her job as a counselor she developed life long friendships with her students and families.
Lee is survived by her husband Howard of 53 years of Miles City, her daughter Susan, her sister Joanne Souza and husband Albert, a special nephew Patrick and wife Jennifer Harn, her adopted children Ernie bighorn and wife Mary, Kathy Larson and son Shawn, her in-laws Zeke and Lorraine Zeitner, Joan and Larry Harn and numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and friends. She is preceded in death by her son Daniel Harn, her parents Michael and Mary Patneaude, brothers Burton and Duane Patneaude and Ralph and Selma Harn.
