Limona Littlebird, 49, of Billings, formerly of Lame Deer, was called home on Saturday, April 4, 2015 in Billings, MT.
Limona was born Crow Agency, MT to Harry Littlebird Sr. and Annie Joyce (Mexican Cheyenne) Littlebird on July 7, 1965. She grew up in Lame Deer and attended public school with a placement school in Idaho and Washington.
She worked at Big Sky Laundry, and did home care work in Lame Deer. Limona enjoyed being with her friends and family. She was always joking around, telling stories, and baking bread for her family. Limona enjoyed spending time going on walks and checking out nature. She is remembered as a woman who cared very deeply for her family and never failed to pray for them every morning.
Limona was preceded in death by her baby Angel Breath; parents Harry Pete Littlebird Sr. and Annie Joyce Mexican Cheyenne Littlebird. She missed them so dearly and always wanted to be with them. She is also preceded in death by her nephew Charlie Littlebird, a niece Juanita Russette, granddaughter Taneisha; and her “Mom” Irene Archambeau Tall Bull.
She is survived by her Children: Jennifer, Robin (Anthony Castro) and Rhea (Thomas Sr.); her siblings Glen and Lillian Littlebird of Lame Deer; Aurelia and Eugene Black Bear Jr. of Watonga, OK; Steve Littlebird of Lame Deer; Theresa Littlebird of Billings; Ruth (Mark) White Wolf of Lame Deer; Harry (Collette) Littlebird of Lame Deer; Fernando Sr. (Iylene) Littlebird of Muddy Cluster; Richard (Claudine) Littlebird of Lame Deer; Serena (Matthew) Littlebird of Lame Deer; Rosie of Milwaukee, WI; Ginger of Billings; Leo (Berta) of Colstrip; Her Grandchildren:Shawn, Shayne, Shyrone, Thomas, Jr., Theodore, Tayahna and Trevor; her baby girl Shantel; special aunts were her namesake Lamana Redneck, Rita Redneck and Johanna Redneck. All of her nephews were her “Sons”; she called them all “son!” She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, the father of her children Dean Russette and her extended family “Screech” Mason.
Our family is huge and we are thankful for everybody that is supporting us in thought, kind words, and deed.

Good afternoon mom, well Tayahna is in first grade 😄 Thomas Jr is now a freshman in high school! Theodore is in 5th grade I can’t believe how much they’ve grown!! Trevor is going to be in kindergarten this year 😫 I’m so not ready for that you didn’t get to meet Tyson he’s my caboose he is 3. Man mom I miss you….
