Interment: at Hillside Cemetery in Dodson at 2:30 pm
Linda Marie Thompson, age 46 of Wolf Point, passed away on July 31, 2004 at Northeast Montana Health Services in Wolf Point of Pallido-Ponto-Nigral-Degeneration (PPND). She was born August 30, 1957 in Ft. Belknap, MT to Clarence Bozo and Joyce Cissy Adams. She attended schools in Dodson and graduated from Dodson High School in 1975. She met her husband-to-be Mike at Dawson Community College in Glendive, MT in August 1975. They were married June 12, 1976 in Wolf Point.
Over the years, Linda worked as a sales clerk for Hometown Video in Havre, 1 Stop Video in Great Falls, and Top Notch Video in Wolf Point. Also, she was a homemaker extraordinaire. She loved sewing, quilting, cooking and making everyone comfortable in her home! She treated the elders and elderly with respect. She was very good with young children and helped raise several children. She was a member of the Medicine Lodge Society.
Linda is survived by her husband Mike Thompson of Wolf Point, two sons, Mitch (Lauren) Thompson of Wolf Point and Terry Joe Adams of Billings, her mother Joyce Cissy (Leroy) Rummel of Zortman, sister Lorelei Mace of Billings, and granddaughter Angelica.
She was preceded in death by her father Clarence Bozo Adams, brother Mike Adams, sisters, Carmen Knapton, Patty Adams, and Bobbi Jean Adams.
There will be a traditional 4-day feast at the family home in Wolf Point beginning at 1 pm on Tuesday, August 3. A wake will be held on Tuesday, August 3 beginning at 5 pm at the Oswego Community Hall. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 4 at 10 am at The Immaculate Conception Church in Wolf Point with interment at Hillside Cemetery in Dodson at 2:30 pm
