Lindsey Ann Berry was born on February 3, 1990 in Tulsa, OK to Christine Starr and Milton Berry IV. Lindsey moved to Billings, MT with her mother two years later at the birth of her younger sister Taylor. Lindsey and Taylor were two peas in a pod. Best friends, they did everything together. Lindsey was a proud big sister, so happy to have Taylor in her life.Christine remarried in 1997 to Steve Sannon, and the family moved to Everett, WA. Lindsey attended grade school in Everett until 2000 when the family bought a home in Granite Falls, WA. In 2001, a new baby sister, Jade came into Lindseys life and she showered her with affection. Jade and Lindsey have a special bond that only sisters understand.
Lindsey attended school in Granite Falls and was active in many sports activities. Lindsey loved running, swimming, and basketball. Lindsey became an accomplished swimmer and participated in numerous meets winning many blue ribbons. In junior high, Lindseys focus turned to running and basketball. A natural athlete, she excelled at both. Lindsey holds numerous school records for her running accomplishments in junior high and qualified for state cross country her freshman year. Her running caught the attention of many colleges. Lindsey was a varsity basketball player and was a member of numerous select basketball teams. Lindsey loved basketball, and it was an activity that gave her an opportunity to participate with Taylor. Lindsey was active in sports all through school until she graduated from Granite Falls High School in the spring of 2008.
After graduation, Lindsey was on a journey to find her place in the world. While difficult at times, Lindsey found the strength to become an independent young woman. She prided herself on this independence and was in Billings to start a new journey with her sister Taylor. Her goals and dreams were to find happiness and success in her life. She had learned a lot and was ready for that journey forward.Lindsey will be missed by many. Her beautiful smile and fun demeanor brought joy to others. She had numerous friends and an extensive family that will miss her dearly.
