To the family: May you find comfort in knowing that God is close to the brokenhearted and there will be a resurrection.

How very grateful to have know such a beautiful woman of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Eilene left so many memories of her children and grandchildren as she always had a craft, especially Barbie doll clothing she would create. I was one of the many fortunate “family, friends” that she shared some of her creation with and one year it was a rooster that she beautifully used yarn to do crewel sewing on and it hung on my wall for years. Throughout the years she always welcomed us into her home with a open heart and while in the nursing home she always welcomed me as we shared visits. She will truly be missed with her bubbly personality and kind heart of which she shared with all her friends.
Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted. Matthew 5:4
Mrs. Williams says
The death of Mrs. Lois Codenys is the most devastating experiences a family can face. At times, the loss may seem unbearable. Please know that there are those who care and more importantly Psalm 34:18 tells us that “God is near to those that are broken at heart. Jehovah is the God of all comfort. My prayers are with you and your family.

My heart, thoughts and prayers go out to the Codenys family at this difficult time. Even though I never really got to know Mrs. Codenys, I knew and grew up with some of her children. Alan and I were in the same class. A few of us also hung out with Norita, Andy, and few of the other Codenys children either at the bowling alley or the Pastime theater on Friday nights. I remember one time when Mrs. Codenys came into the bowling alley, looking for her children and rounding them up to come home for supper. I remember her children as being a big part of our school and were very smart, talented, and athletic. Many years ago, when I was working at the airport in Billings, I had the opportunity to meet and chat with Connie. I introduced myself and we had a very delightful conversation. I kick myself for being so shy and not getting to know this family better. Your mom is now reunited with your beloved sister and your dad. God Bless and hugs to all of you!

Connie and family,
Eileen was always so friendly to me! I only knew her the last few years, and didn’t see her often, but when I did she always had a smile and hello. My thoughts are with you as you continue to grieve her loss.
