Aunt Lou, I am certainly going to miss the trips to Gem Mountain and the Sapphire Gallery with you. I will forever cherish the slumber party with you and mom speaking in German and making me laugh so hard that I was crying. Good Times. I love you and will forever miss you.

Thinking of you all during this sad time. Lou and Ralph were a huge part of our school days, especially at the Fountain. Such great memories. Lou always made a mean cherry coke! In later years, it was always nice to see her around town and catch up on a quick visit. God Bless.
Alan and Kaylyn Biery says

Lou.. . what a dear friend and co-worker for many, many years. We worked together side by side for many years in the Colstrip Food Service. Just this fall, Lou and I had a such a good visit, reminiscing about all the “good times” we had together in the kitchen-laughing and giggling about some of our good times. Lou was a hard worker and she was there to get a job done-what a wonderful person! Lou talked about her “gem’ hunting trips and showed me some of the beautiful jewerly she had aquired. She always mentioned her family and grandkids. Lou was such a caring and kind person. Lou. . always proud to call you a dear friend and will miss you. God bless your family .

Lou was a good friend and worker, I worked with her for many years at the Colstrip school. She always had a kind word for everyone. She especially was great with the kids at schools, they would bring her something they made and that please her, she would put it up in the school kitchen. Lou and I would see each other at the speed way cafe and talk about everything, I will missed her greatly. She was a great friend. My friendship and love go out to the family.

Like Dawn, I feel so blessed to have that girls night at Geneva’s with you and my mom. It was a wonderful silly slumber party. Great memory. Wish I could have made it gem hunting with you. All my love to your family and those feeling the depth of sadness in your passing. May your days in heaven be full of gems, bright and beautiful like you.
