Lydia Leona Schock

Lydia Leona Schumacher Schock, 90, of Vida, Montana, died August 7, 2011 at the McCone County Health Center in Circle, Montana. She was a homemaker and a member of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church in Richey. Lydia was born September 16, 1920 in rural Wolf Point.

A family service will be held on Sunday, August 14, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. at Stevenson & Sons Funeral Home in Circle. A service celebrating her life will be held at the on Monday, August 15, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the Evangelical Church in Circle. Interment will follow in the Prairie Lawn Cemetery at Vida. Lydia was preceded in death by Art Schock, her husband of 66 years. She is survived by her seven children, Robert (Sherri) Schock, Goldendale, WA; Lois (Gary) Greenfield, Centennial, CO; Ardell (Dennis) Savage, Gretna, NE; LaDonna (Larry) Haber, Circle, MT; Joyce Hanlon, Dyersburg, TN; Dennis (Mary) Schock, Ft. Worth, TX; Arlene (Eric) Huff, Rockwall, TX; and 22 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Rose Schumacher Kuehne of Long Prairie, MN and her brother Leonard Schumacher of Poway, CA.

One sister, Esther Schumacher Schock, and four brothers, Dan Schumacher, Fred Schumacher, John Schumacher, and Leo Schumacher, and a grandson, Carlin Arthur Schock, also preceded her in death.

Pallbearers will be grandsons, Kahle Greenfield, Josh Haber, Cody Haber, Shad Haber, Jeremy Savage, Jared Schock, Garen Schock, and Cole Schock, and great grandson, Chace Schock.
