In Memory Of

Lynelle March, age 66 of Miles City.

February 21, 1956 – September 29, 2022

On September 29, 2022 Lynelle Oddy March left this world surrounded by love after a courageous and short battle with cancer.

Lynelle was born in Miles City, Montana on February 21, 1956 to Ted Oddy and Dorothy Oddy. She joined two older brothers Gary and Larry, and a younger brother Ted would follow two years later.

On August 30, 1975, Lynelle married the love of her life and constant companion, Harry March. The two would make a life full of love, laughter and family. Shannon was born in 1976, Cory followed in 1977 and Dottie finished their family in 1980. They were the light of their mom’s life. As they married and had grandchildren, they became her constant joy. Casidy, Karsyn, Jackson, Tiegen, Charlie, Braxton, Boston and Cash could often be found at Grama and Papa’s “farm” learning to love animals, play in the water, plant beautiful gardens and finish a day with a fire.

Lynelle’s love for all animals and the outdoors were evident throughout her life. She spent many years grooming pets at Lynelle’s Poodle Room and most recently boarding dogs at March’s Patch of Heaven. She had a green thumb that blessed all those lucky enough to spend time in any of her yards. You could always find a sense of peace in the outdoor spaces she created.

Lynelle and Harry moved to the Kinsey Community in 2004 and found their “Patch of Heaven”. They built their dream together and found much happiness at the “farm.” Lynelle loved following all her grandchildren to soccer, football, basketball, volleyball and track. Special family trips to the lake fishing, jet skiing and camping will always be treasured memories.

Lynelle is preceded in death by her parents Ted and Dorothy Oddy, brother Larry Oddy and sister-in-law Nancy Oddy. She is survived by her husband of 47 years Harry March, daughter Shannon (Todd) Rogers, son Cory (Brittney) March, and daughter Dottie (Martin) Lovato; brothers Gary Oddy and Ted Oddy, sister-in-law Diane Oddy and grandchildren: Casidy, Karsyn, Jackson, Tiegen, Charlie, Braxton, Boston and Cash as well as nieces, nephews and their families.

A celebration of life will be held at the family farm at 86 Gabel Lane, Kinsey, MT on October 22, 2022 from 1:00-5:00 p.m. The family would like to extend an invitation to all Lynelle’s family and friends.
