On Wednesday, August 11, 2021, Margaret Morris passed away peacefully at Rosebud Health Care Center at the age of 76.
Margaret was born June 14, 1945, to William and Francis Kingrey in Gallipolis, Ohio.
Margaret and her two sisters were raised on the family farm until Margaret turned 10. Her family then moved to New Boston, Ohio where she attended school, graduated from Glenwood High in 1963.
On June 4, 1965, she married her high school sweetheart and the love of her life, Everett (Eb) Morris. They had two children, Jamie and Scott. They shared 58 loving years together.
In June 1978 they moved the family to Forsyth where Margaret worked, retiring in 2012. Everyone who knew her loved her kind ways and compassion.
In her spare time, Margaret loved to read a book, play cards and board games, and soaking up the sun. She spent the past 16 years raising her dog, Buddy, or “Mom’s little boy”, as she would call him.
Margaret is preceded in death by her parents, William and Francis Kingrey, her sister Willa and her beloved dog, Buddy. She is survived by her husband Eb, sister May (Bill) Royer, daughter Jamie (Robert) Schenk, and son Scott (Misty) Morris. Her grandchildren are Jeff, Kari, Lane, Mikaila, Hunter, and Taylyn. Her great-grandchildren are Landon, Rebecca, Aiden, Elizabeth, McKinnley, Willow, and Kaila.
