Funeral Service: will be held on Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Christian & Missionary Alliance Church in Lambert, MT.
Burial: will follow in the Lambert Cemetery. A reception will follow at the Fox Lake Senior Center in Lambert, MT.
Marguerite Margie Mary Bradley, age 89 of Forsyth, MT formerly of Lambert, MT passed away on Thursday April 8, 2010 at the Rosebud Health Care Center in Forsyth, MT.
Margie was born June 3, 1920 the daughter of Walter and Mary (Young) McChesney at the family home on Mount Pleasant, south of Sidney, MT. She attended country school at Mount Pleasant and went on to graduate from the 8th grade at Savage School. Following her graduation she worked for various neighbors taking care of their children, milking cows and baking bread. She had learned to bake from her mother and made the most mouth-watering homemade rolls and molasses cookies. She was united in marriage to Hartley Bradley on March 6, 1942 in Sidney. Together they resided on the farm 8 miles north of Lambert, MT. and raised their four children Sheila, Jon, Danny and Craig.She enjoyed listening to country music, dancing and liked attending jamborees. She also enjoyed visiting with friends and family. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Margie was preceded in death by her parents Walter and Mary McChesney; her husband Hartley Bradley; her sons Danny Bradley and Jon Bradley; her brother Ernie McChesney; her sisters Maxine Klasna and Alice Douglass; her grandson Kim Bradley and her great granddaughter Angel
She is survived by her daughter Sheila (Ron) Ball of Forsyth, MT; her son Craig (Paula) Bradley of Glendale, AZ; her sister Shirley Eastlick of Laurel, MT, her grandchildren; Kelly Bradley, Krystal Nicholson, Kevin (Kim) Bradley, Aaron (Jessica) Bradley, Kimberley (Steve) Aherns, Hope Kiken, Ronette Ball, Elizabeth Ball Mavity, Melissa Anderson, Lacy Bradley Reichenbach, Adam Bradley, Sky Bradley as well as 19 Great grandchildren and 2 Great-great grandchildren.
She was loved so much and will be missed by all.
