Mariah Marie Big Head “Yellow Woman”, affectionately called “Mimi’s” by family and close friends, was called home to our ancestors on December 22, 2022.
Mariah was born in Crow Agency, MT to Ronnette Big Head & Kevin Whiteman on March 21, 1993. Mariah attended St. Labre during her grade school years through her Junior High years. Mariah attended Lodge Grass/Senior High for high school. She was in track/ cross country, cheerleader, and basketball. She later chose to go to Job Corps. In Clearfield, Utah, where she obtained her CNA and met the love of her life. From this union our family was blessed with 2 beautiful baby boys.
Mariah was always a force to reckon with. She lived her life to the fullest. Mariah traveled extensively, never letting fear get in the way of her dreams and aspiration. She was very independent and showed it loud and clear. Our Mimi’s always loved a new adventure and meeting/making new friends. Mariah loved her family and never waivered in that love. She loved nature and being outside. She had a passion for her music. She was always smiling, touching people’s lives in her own unique way. Mariah was never rich with money but rich in value, always giving her all for the ones she cared deeply for. She was loved and she will be missed by many. We will miss her beautiful smile and her infectious laughter. There are no goodbyes, only see you later. We will see you again my baby girl. Fly high my Mimi’s, until we meet up again may your love be a comfort to us all.
