Jim, we are so sorry for your loss, Marilyn was a wonderful person. She (and you) fought a hard battle with the cancer, but always kept her grace and dignity. You have both epitomized what a married couple should be, not only spouses, but best friends as well. Please always remember your friends have you in their thoughts.

Jerry and Joyce Strobel says
As Jerry and I saw Marilyn’s picture on the Stevenson web sight we, once again, felt such thanksgiving for all the insight and patience and help she gave us as we worked through the banking details after each of my parents, Dale and Marie Benge, died. What a caring detail person! We rejoice with you for having such a special person in your lives and ache with you for the loss. The Lord Jesus Christ is here for our every need both with His great compassion and understanding (Lamentations 3:21-25 and Psalm 148:5). May you uphold each other with love and memories. We keep you in our prayers, Jerry and Joyce Strobel

I am so sorry for your loss. May the God of Comfort be with your family. We can find comfort during these times by focusing on God’s promises for the future. Isaiah 33:24 says there will be a time when “no resident will say I am sick.” Also Revelation 21:4 says death wil be no more.
