Marion Madeleine Young, age 87, passed away on Sunday, October 21, 2018 with her family by her side at the Holy Rosary Extended Care. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Marion was born on September 14, 1931 to Adolf and Christina “Gibheart” Ulrich in Marsh, MT. She attended schools and was raised in Marsh. She worked at the Ben Franklin store in Miles City prior to her marriage to Charles Young in Terry, MT on June 30, 1951. Together they raised two adopted children; Ronnie, and Delynda. She worked at the Miles City Laundry and at the Friendship Villa for over 15 years.
She enjoyed many hobbies including; crocheting, craftwork, playing cards with her friends, and listening to polka music.
Marion is survived by her son, Ronnie of Miles City, a daughter; Delynda and Kelly Dodd of Miles City, A brother in law Doyle and Sharon Young of Billings, three grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; Charles, one sister, and 5 brothers, along with her parents.
