Mark Saint

Graveside Services: 11:00 A.M. Monday, December 15, 2003 at the Mount Pisgah Cemetery in Gillette, WY

Memorial Services: will be held in San Francisco, California at a later date for his daughter and friends

Graveside services for Mark Saint will be at 11:00 A.M. Monday, December 15, 2003 at the Mount Pisgah Cemetery in Gillette, Wyoming with Pastor Martin Crump of the Family Life Church of Gillette officiating. A luncheon will follow the service at the Mount Pisgah Cemetery Shelter. Services will be held in San Francisco, California at a later date for his daughter and friends. Mark Saint died on November 24, 2003 at his residence in Gillette, Wyoming of natural causes.

Mark Saint was born June 1, 1961 in San Francisco, California, the son of Joann (Mikkelson) and Donald Saint. Mark lived his entire life in the San Francisco area with the exception of the past two years. He resided in Pine Haven, Wyoming with his Uncle, Tom Mikkelson, for one year and for one year in Gillette with his Aunt, Donna Mae Jerred and her husband Oscar. Mark made many friends in the Pine Haven area.

He lost his Mother, (Jo) in 1983 and his father when Mark was a young child. Marks remains will be placed with his Mother at the foot of her grave in the Mount Pisgah Cemetery in Gillette, Wyoming. Marks grandparents, Ted and Anna Mikkelson are in the plot next to him and his mother. They passed away in 1979 and 1981. When he lived in San Francisco, California, Mark was employed by Komwall Roofing and by the City of Daly County.

His pastimes were golfing, football and darts. In Pine Haven he was known as Mark Dart. He shared his mothers passion for the San Francisco 49ers. His mothers headstone was engraved in marble with the 49ers and the Golden Gate Bridge. He especially loved his daughter Monica and proudly carried her picture with him always.

Mark is survived by his only daughter, twelve-year-old Monica, of San Francisco, California; his uncle Tom Mikkelson and wife Kay of Pine Haven, Wyoming; his cousins, Ron, Angela, Laurie, and T.J. Mikkelson, all of Gillette, Wyoming; his Aunt Donna Mae Jerred and husband Oscar, and cousins Ted Jerred, Tracy, and Derrek all of Gillette.

His San Francisco, California family are Daughter, Monica, Elizabeth, Mother of Monica, Kevin McGovern his childhood friend, Mike Mullane, Patti Murphy (known to Mark as Patti Paycheck), Pat Murphy, Lyda Mondina.

He was preceded in death by his parents, maternal grandparents. Friends preceding him in death were special friend, Louise Doyle, who passed away on November 1, 2000 and Joe Riley.
