Marvell L. Doyle passed from this life on September 3rd, 2003. She was born in Broadus, Montana on October 21st, 1934 to Clint and Bertina Doyle. She attended schools there graduating from high school in 1952. Marvell attended the Black Hills Teachers College that fall, graduating with a teaching certificate. In her early years, she taught school in Montana and South Dakota. In 1961, Marvell moved to Spokane, Washington. She was employed for INA, and went on to a second career, with many certificates of achievement.
Marvell was a wonderful seamstress, and she loved cooking for her family and friends.
Marvell was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and a brother-in-law, Nelson Fredrickson.
Marvell is survived by her sister, Sharon Fredrickson of Ronan, Montana, three nephews; Doyle and Lori Fredrickson of Lyman, Wyoming, John and DeAnn Fredrickson of LaBarge, Wyoming and Nelson D. and Betty Fredrickson of Kodiak, Alaska, two nieces; Sherry and Brian Wisseman of Missoula and Shauna and Jeff Wise of Ronan, Montana, eight grand nieces and nephews. Pat and Nancy McMurray, who adopted her over thirty years ago as their Mammy, also survive her.
Marvell was a quiet person ready to help anyone in need.
Anyone wanting to make a donation in her name, can do so to the American Cancer Society or to the Ronald McDonald House.
There will be no services as per her request. Burial will be held in the Valley View Cemetery in Broadus.
