Maurice Limberhand, Sr., “Eve’haoohe” – Flying About
On April 20, 2021 Maurice Sr. was called home to be with the lord, whom he was devoted to and served throughout his life. Maurice Sr. was born on May 25th 1936 in Lame Deer, MT to Bessie (American Horse) and Elmore Limberhand. He grew up along rosebud creek, in the Forsyth area. He Attended school in Lame Deer. He then married the love of his life Anna Blackhorse. Whom they share 10 children. He enjoyed singing with his guitar, fishing, hunting, bingo, rodeo, fighting fire and being a cowboy. He also enjoyed the reservation round up, and playing in his band known as the “high way 212.” He left his old, wild cowboys ways to serve the lord.
