I CAN REMEMBER A COUPLE OF THINGS ABOUT MIKE. THE FIRST WAS A FATHER SON
GOLF MATCH BETWEEN THE STROUFS AND THE DINARDIS, I FORGOT WHO WON.
THE SECOND WAS WHEN JASON GOT MARRIED AT CHICO HOT SPRINGS. I HELPED MIKE
CARRY ALL THE GIFTS OUT OF THE ROOM TO THE RECEPTION. OOPS I GUESS THERE
WAS A THIRD OR MORE TIMES THAT I HAD A TODDY WITH HIM AT KEGLERS OR THE
GOLDEN SPUR. SUMI AND I ARE SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS. THE FAMILY WILL BE
REMEMBERED IN OUR PRAYERS

My sincere condolences to the family of Michael J. Strouf – It was not the Creator’s purpose for mankind to suffer (Romans 5:12). May the Creator give you peace through his promise to comfort us (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4). Cherish all the happy memories and I hope that you are consoled by Bible promises of a hopeful future (John 17:3).
Kris Stiles says
My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you. What I know of my Uncle Mike he was a very private person as were all the Strouf men. However, if you were lucky enough to truly get to know him, you would know him as a fun, caring, loving man with a big sense of HUMOR. I am sure the Strouf brothers are changing up heaven just a little bit right now. Take care of yourselves right now as GOD has welcomed his newest son to heaven and what a wonderful place to be.
Love, Kris & Family

Driving home to Billings from very nice service today in Miles City I could not help but think about several things. Time and space does not separate old friends. The bonds of friendship last forever. I met Mike when he went to Junior High in Lewistown and we attended school together from then on through high school. We always kept track of each other as we both had asthma and used the same asthma spray. When one of us ran out of doses, we were the go to guy for each other. I remember the night before he left for Purdue, I had so much admiration for his courage in striking out and driving so far away to college. I only had to go to Bozeman, a measly 162 miles! Even with his asthma, he always ran a competitive 440, what I believe is the hardest race to run, especially for an asthmatic. He always did his best and left nothing on the track. My sympathy to all family and friends. Mike was one of the good guys and I shall forever remember him. Know you always have a Billings friend when in need.
