Michael Watt, age 71, of Ashland passed away at his home on August 27, 2021. Mike was born April 7, 1950 to Edward and Shirley (Clingman) Watt in Lead, South Dakota. He was raised in Lead and graduated from Lead High School.
Mike moved to Ashland in 1968 where he met his wife Nedra (Neggie). Mike and Neggie were married n March 4, 1970 in Spearfish, South Dakota and were married 51 years.
He is survived by his wife, Neggie; children Michelle (Miles) Dennis of Ashland, MT, Eddie (Jeannette) Watt of Charlotte, NC; grandchildren, Lance (Shanna), Michael, Taylor; great-grandchildren, Isaiah, Lilaanne Chaye, Huntley Grace Agnes; Sister, Cindy (Felix) Dillman, Laurie (Loren) Vrem, Brother Pat Watt, sister-in-law, Georgia (Thomas) Graham, Brother-in-law Bill (MaryAnn) Mason, and Sister-in-law Dorothy Harris and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and good friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Shirley, his brother Danny Watt, his mother-in-law Agnes Mason and his brother-in-law Lee Harris.
Mike loved the outdoors especially hunting, fishing, and prairie dog target practice. Mike cherished being with his family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
