Minnie Dunn, age 65, died November 2, 2004, at the Campbell County Memorial Hospital in Gillette of natural causes.

Minnie Jo Dunn was born February 10, 1939, to John M. and Elsie June (Powell) Griffin in Walsh, Colorado. Minnie was raised and educated in Colorado, the second of six children. She married her high school sweetheart, Don Dunn on January 20, 1955. The couple made their home in Peyton, Colorado. Over the years, they had four daughters and lived in various places, including: Nebraska, Colorado and New Mexico. In 1968, they moved to Gillette, Wyoming, where they called home. Minnie devoted her time to her children; she stayed home with them until each one was out of school. To get her through the empty-nest syndrome, she worked at the Farmers Co-Op for over five years.

Minnie enjoyed bowling, playing her piano and guitar, raising appaloosa horses with her husband, Don and she was very devoted to her faith.

Minnie is survived by her husband, Don Dunn of Gillette, Wyoming; her daughters: Jackie DeWine of Gillette, Wyoming; Jonni (Rex) Brown of Weston, Wyoming; Jerri (John) Betts, and Jimmi (Mick) Snyder, both of Gillette, Wyoming; ten grandchildren; five great grandchildren; three brothers: John Griffin of Everett, Washington; Lewis Griffin of Walsh, Colorado; Dennis Griffin of Walsh, Colorado; two sisters: Beth Holterman of Ridgefest, California; and Susie Plashek of Michigan.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Condolences may be sent in care of Stevenson-Wilson Funeral Home, 210 W. 5th street, Gillette, WY 82716 or via the internet at www.stevensonandsons.com.
