Miranda Dee Morrison, age 17, our daughter, sister, niece, cousin, auntie and granddaughter left us too soon and unexpectedly on March 20, 2010. Her Indian name was HeseovoKae (Sandy Hair Woman) and her second Indian name was VonKeesae (Crooked Nose Woman).Miranda was born December 15, 1992 at Hardin, MT to Zethal Jean Medicine Elk and Percy Morrison. She attended Lame Deer Schools. Miranda was a grandmas girl.She is a direct descendant of Chief Little Wolf. Miranda comes from a long line of Chiefs.
Miranda enjoyed taking walks, cruising around, listening to music and hanging out with special cousins Kyra, Lenray, Hubert III, sister Leanna and best friend Sage Little Coyote. She also enjoyed working at Lame Deer IGA.
Miranda was preceded in death by great grandparents Elise Josie Clubfoote, John Medicine Elk Sr., Jennie (Curtis) Redneck Morrison; grandparents John Medicine Elk Jr., Avon Killsnight, Eleanor Morrison and Owen Walks Last; uncle John Sonny Medicine Elk; auntie Anna Mae Crazy Mule and special cousin Larold Little Bird Jr..
