Mona Lisa Eagle Star Eaglefeathers Came in to this world a sweet and loving granddaughter, Daughter, Sister, and Niece on May 8, 2010 to Mary Eagle Star and Dana Eaglefeathers. On May 14, 2018 Mona was called home to be with the creator and other family members that have gone before us. Mona had just turned 8 years old a week before she left us. While growing up Mona loved to play with her friends and neighbors at her home town of Busby, MT. Mona attended the Northern Cheyenne Tribal Schools where she liked to go to school every day to be with her classmates, teachers, and peers. Mona had a good short life, she loved to dance and sing with her cousins who she spent a lot of time with. She was a shy but very outgoing and caring girl to her friends, siblings and cousins. Mona is survived by her mother Mary Eagle star dad Dana Eaglefeathers. Grandparents Mildred Eaglefeathers and Larry Beartsk Sr., Dorothy Decory and Luke Eagle Star. Brothers: Jalyn, Dana Jr., Ivan, Samuel Dean Eaglefeathers, Archie Brown Jr., and Anthony Eagle Star, Jonathan Jaren, and Tracen. Sisters: Chalcy and Lisa Eaglefeathers, and Aleonah Guerue, Shandel, Waverley, Iesha, Shalay, Shayann, Tyreaha, Precious, Maddi, Shawnee, Shanalayea . Uncles: Duane and Shawn Eaglefeathers, Jonathan Cody, Larry Beartusk Jr., Tab and Adam Stoneman, Damon, Bryan, and Luke Eagle Star Jr. Aunties: Tami (Howard) Ontiveros, Lari Beartusk, Shandi (Tracy) Spang. Nieces: Hanna, Isabella, Makya, and Olivia. Nephews: Clint, Baby Star, and Jayshawn. Due to our very large family we are very sorry if we left anyone out. Mona is preceded in death by Grandfather Melbert Moke Eaglefeathers, Aunty Delpha Eaglefeathers, and her name sake Aunty Mona Lisa Eagle Star.

I still miss and love you too Mona, I will forever keep you in my heart. I wanna update you on my life. I am now 13 going onto 14 on may 16th. I also been playing basketball since I was 10, I’ve made variety teams and scored points. I will be promoting 8th grade on may 30th or 29th at Hardin middle school. I’m also signing up for an acting roll and modeling. I hope you’re proud of me. I remember back at busby when I used to get bullied you would stick up for me, like when I got physically pushed down and scraped my knee before crying, you came and pushed that girl and helped me up. I miss when you and Samuel would hang out with me after school days and play together, mob around, and go visit our teacher. I will forever keep you in my heart and soul, thank you for coming into my life and being my childhood best friend, until we meet again. Rest in piece Mona🕊️🕊️🤍🫶🏼
