Montoya Shirelle Bryant, Pavena’hane’e (Killsnice Woman) was born April 18, 1990 in Crow Agency, MT to Kenneth Bordeaoux and Suzette Bryant. She grew up in Birney MT with siblings Amber N. Clubfoot, Shelby L. Bryant, Phillip J. Bryant, and Brandon T. Bryant. She attended St. Labre Indian School. She received her certification as a home health care worker, she also worked at the Northern Cheyenne Tribal Office and Board of Health.
Montoya was active in the Cheyenne ways; she participated in pow-wows especially the Birney Veterans Pow wow, She started dancing when she was little and becoming a traditional dancer in her young adult years. She was a member of the Native American Church, attending peyote meetings with her grandparents. Montoya was very caring, helping people that were in need. She loved being around her nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her grandmother Susie Clubfoot, grandfathers, Kenneth Bordeaoux Sr. and Michael Bryant Sr., Terri New Holy, Rodney Littlemouth.
Montoya is survived by her two children Taylor A. Whiteshield, Ianna Marie Whiteshield, her mother Suzette Bryant, siblings Amber N. Clubfoot, Shelby L. Bryant, Phillip J. Bryant, Brandon T. Bryant, her husband James D. Littlewhiteman of Busby. Nieces and nephews Kaydence, Trinita, Trishelle, Mikiah, Traith, Dominic, McKinnley. A very special friend Michalene BearComesOut. She has numerus cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles along with many friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
