Nancy Lincoln, age 63 of Glasgow, formerly of Wolf Point passed away from natural causes on April 30, 2006 in Glasgow. Nancy was born July 8, 1942 in Wolf Point to Willard and Alta Fromdahl. In 1946 Nancy was joined by her brother Clifford, as the family resided in the Benrude community 35 miles north of Wolf Point on the family farm.
Nancy attended country school at Pershing School until the eighth grade when the family moved into Wolf Point. Nancy graduated from Wolf Point High School in 1960. Nancy worked in the Wolf Point community for several years at the Treasurers Office, Aults Super Value, The Sweet Shop, Big Sky Airlines, and Zimmerman Trucking. Being a sport fan, Nancy was an avid bowler competing in the Wolf Point Womens League for five decades. Nancy spent her free time gardening, raising her two sons, and spoiling her grandchildren.
Nancy was preceded in death by her mother; Alta, who passed away in 1994, and her brother Clifford who passed away in 1997. She is survived by her two sons; Gregg (Michele) of Glasgow, and Rodney (Amanda) of Missoula and her three grandchildren; Riley, Draven, and Devin, and her father; Willard of Glasgow.
Funeral services will be held Friday, April 5, 2006 at 10 a.m. at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Wolf Point. A lunch will follow at the church after the service. Cremation has taken place. Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel of Wolf Point is entrusted with arrangements.
