God, where do I begin, Nate?
I know that we have barely talked since I left Miles City. For a plethora of reasons. But I don’t have a lot of memories from middle/high school that didn’t include you. You were one of my best friends. I can’t imagine trying to get through school without you around. I met so many people through you. You were always a good guy, even when guys would pick on you. You never stooped to their level, and I always admired that.
I’ll miss you for the rest of my life, Nate.

It was my pleasure to work for one year at the high school as an aide. You were one of the brightest stars in the school and I always looked forward to seeing you in the halls! It was a shock to so many of us to hear of your passing. Psalm 30:5 Weeping my endure for a night but joy comes in the morning. That was a verse that comforted me in Viet Nam.

So sad I didn’t get to meet my cousin in person before his death but I feel I knew him as we were friends on facebook and talked often through it.
As with any family member it saddens me when someone passes but it makes it especially hard when they pass being so young not having experienced enough in life. I know he no longer has to struggle with his health and is now at peace my love for my aunt kathy for raising him and being there for him through it all. I’ll moss pie talks on facebook Nate but know you are happier now. Love you Aunt Kathy I’m so sorry for your loss!
