Neal Johansen, age 71, of Gillette, Wyoming, died Sunday, February 29, 2004 at the Campbell County Memorial Hospital after complications of knee surgery.
Neal D. Johansen was born December 10, 1932, the son of Lillian (Johnson) and Hardy Johansen near Fergus Falls, Minnesota. He moved to Gillette with his Fiance, Susan, in 1979. Neal was the manager of Deckers East for many years until he established All Season Sports. The couple managed the store until 1981.
Neal is survived by his wife, Susan Johansen of Gillette, Wyoming; two sons: Blain Hartman of Ithaca, Michigan; David Johansen of Denver, Colorado; one step-son, Lance Lange of Makato, Minnesota; five grandchildren; four brothers and three sisters.
He is preceded in death by his daughter Beth and Step-son, Troy.
Neal will be sorely missed but never forgotten by both family and his many friends.
